2. Nature of Service

ORION by Berox provides a decision intelligence platform for cryptocurrency futures trading. ORION is a tool — not a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager.

3. Membership

Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access, invite links, or signals from the private group is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction.

5. Payments

All payments are made in USDT on the TRC20 network. Payments are final once verified on the blockchain. See our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing or reselling access to the Telegram group
• Distributing signals or analysis from the private group
• Submitting fraudulent Transaction IDs
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

ORION by Berox is not liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
