All membership payments are non-refundable once verified on the blockchain. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions and digital access, we are unable to offer refunds after payment verification is complete.
Payment is considered verified when your TXID is confirmed on the TRC20 blockchain with sufficient confirmations. Verification status is determined solely by the blockchain record.
If your payment cannot be verified (incorrect amount, wrong network, invalid TXID), your membership will not be activated. Contact us via Telegram @orionbyberox with your application details.
If you send USDT on a network other than TRC20, the funds may be permanently lost. ORION is not responsible for funds sent on incorrect networks. Always verify the network before sending.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances where a verified technical failure on our side prevented access from being granted. Such cases must be reported within 48 hours of payment.
